The website www.international-spectrum-consulting.com is published by International Spectrum Consulting LLC (ISC), 3103 W. Chapin Ave., Tampa, FL 33611, USA - info@isconsult.us. International Spectrum Consulting LLC is responsible for the personal data collected on this website.
What data we collect and why
- Contact form: name, e-mail address and message, to answer your request. Legal basis: your request (our legitimate interest in answering you).
- Protection of the contact form against spam (Google reCAPTCHA v3): to tell humans from automated robots, Google LLC collects technical information (such as IP address, browser and device details and interaction with the page). This processing is subject to the Google Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy) and Terms of Service (policies.google.com/terms). Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the site against spam.
- Website security: IP address and technical connection data, kept temporarily by our security tools and by our host to protect the site against attacks. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
We use no audience-measurement (analytics) tools, no advertising and no embedded social networks. No data is sold or transferred to third parties for their own use.
Who receives your data
Contact-form messages are read only by the ISC staff in charge of answering them. Google receives the technical data needed for reCAPTCHA. Our host provides the technical storage of the site.
Where it is stored
The website is hosted through Whois.com (Whois Digital Pte. Ltd., Singapore); the hosting service is provided by P.D.R Solutions (U.S.) LLC, a Newfold Digital group company, on servers located in the United States. For visitors in the European Union, transfers of data outside the EU are covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, as stated in Newfold Digital's GDPR addendum (newfold.com/privacy-center). Contact-form messages are sent to us by e-mail.
How long we keep it
- Contact-form messages: 3 years after the last exchange.
- Technical security data: a few weeks at most.
- reCAPTCHA data: according to Google's own policy.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and, where applicable, to receive it in a portable format. To exercise these rights, write to info@isconsult.us. Visitors in the European Union (including France) may also lodge a complaint with their data-protection authority (in France: the CNIL, www.cnil.fr).
